  • What is Orderla.my? ?
    It is a platform designed to build order forms, making it easier for business owners to finalize their sales compared to using manual WhatsApp messages.

    We utilize the official API to open and prefill text on WhatsApp. Your customers can send the WhatsApp message only with their consent.
  • Which WhatsApp is Supported? ?
    Orderla.my supports standard WhatsApp app and WhatsApp Business.
  • Which country the service supported? ?
    At present, our services are mainly supported in Malaysia as we support Malaysian phone numbers and currency in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) by default. With Plus or Pro plan, you can accept customers with country code outside of Malaysia.

    You may sign-up with country code from Singapore or Brunei. Please contact support to change the currency to SGD or BND. Please note that not all features are available for these currencies. For SGD and BND, can only use with Stripe as supported payment gateway.
  • How much does it costs? ?
    Getting started with Orderla's Basic plan is free, forever! We don't serve ads or sell your data. Many of our merchants enjoy the benefits of the Basic tier. However, upgrading to our Plus or Pro plans unlocks more features designed to help boost sales.

    Orderla.my Plus: RM30 /month or RM350 /year.
    Orderla.my Pro: RM100 /month or RM1000 /year.

    For Plus and Pro subscribers, we also offer a 'Pay Now' feature for forms at a one-time cost of RM50 for each form. This feature enables customers to make direct payments through payment gateways without going through WhatsApp first.

    Once unlocked, it remains accessible as long as you maintain a Plus or Pro, even if you resubscribe to the plan.
  • Does Orderla.my charge any fees on merchant sales? ?
    No. We do not take any commission from your sales.

    Orderla.my charges from Plus and Pro subscription plans that equip merchants with advanced features for efficient order management.

    Additionally, we offer an optional 'Pay Now' add-on to make the payment process seemless without going to WhatsApp first.
  • How to subscribe? ?
    Orderla.my Plus / Pro can be subscribe monthly or yearly. For monthly term you will be charged automatically every month until you cancel your subscription. Your Plus / Pro plan will valid until the end of subscription period.
