All payments made to Orderla.my are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to subscription fees, one-time charges, and service upgrades.

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to a digital product that begins immediately upon payment.

2. Subscription Plans

Orderla.my offers subscription-based services on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused features, or mid-cycle cancellations.
  • Annual Subscriptions: No refunds will be issued once payment is processed. Please ensure that the plan suits your needs before subscribing.

3. Free Trial

Orderla.my may offer a free trial period for new users. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges.

Free trials offers upon sign up by verifying credit or debit card number via Stripe.

The free trial offers is limited to 30 days and accessible on the dashboard.

4. Billing Errors & Duplicate Payments

In rare cases of billing errors or duplicate charges, you may contact us via WhatsApp at wa.me/601135859242 within 7 days of the charge. If verified, we will issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.

5. Custom Features or One-Time Services

Payments for custom development, onboarding, consultations, or one-time services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations prevent future billing but do not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.
